Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director (Academician) at Amity University located in Ahmedabad. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs, providing leadership and guidance to faculty and staff, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the educational experience. The Director will also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, and will represent the institution at various events and conferences.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in a Management or Marketing

MBA in Marketing

Proven experience in academic leadership roles

Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
