Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing family law cases, demonstrate superior client service skills, and exhibit strong proficiency in performance metrics and practice quality software
Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law
Proven 1st chair family law experience
Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software
Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university
Strong client service and communication skills
Proficiency in performance metrics management and practice quality software
Excellent problem-solving and case-management abilities
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and software
Responsibilities
This role requires a proactive approach to case management and a commitment to continuous improvement
Duties and Responsibilities:Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution
Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
Offer recommendations for improvement to practice managers to enhance the firm's operations
Manage performance metrics to track achievements and client satisfaction using practice quality software
Represent clients effectively in court and during legal proceedings
Develop and implement case strategies that align with clients' objectives
