Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law
Strong knowledge of California estate, trust, and tax laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
