Branch Manager

Job Summary:

Spectrum Fintech is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Branch Managers across various states to lead and manage our Defence and Life Insurance operations. As a Branch Manager, you will drive growth, manage operations, and ensure the branch meets its business objectives in Life Insurance, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Equity, and Wealth Management services.

This role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, particularly in the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the branch's operations and sales team.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets for Life Insurance, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, FD, Bonds, Equity, and Wealth Management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence personnel and clients in your region.
• Identify business opportunities and drive growth in the branch.
• Please make sure that outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams to achieve organizational goals.
