Live|in Housekeeper and Cook

Job description
This lovely family is seeking a live-in housekeeper and cook to maintain their household. The role involves all general housekeeping duties. Daily responsibilities include cooking breakfast every day, with occasional lunch and dinner preparation. This candidate will work alongside two other members of staff, one is full time, one is part time.

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday 7:15am - 8:15pm (2x 45 minute breaks) may be requested to house sit up to two nights per week

Accommodation: Separate - self contained accommodation - own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom

Duties Include
• loading the dishwasher/doing the dishes
• dusting furniture
• freshening the rooms
• doing the laundry and ironing of the family
• dusting
• hoovering the carpets and floors
• ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
• polishing floor
• preparing and cooking simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
• running some errands for the family such as doing grocery shopping for the family’s supplies and paying bills
