We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team, bringing fresh ideas and high-quality visuals to our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :
• Video Editing :
• Edit event recordings, webinars, and YouTube videos, ensuring they are engaging, polished, and aligned with the company’s tone and style.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enhance the video quality.
• Collaborate with content creators to deliver high-quality content on schedule for both LMS and YouTube.
• Manage and optimize video content for multiple platforms, ensuring formats meet the platform's technical requirements.
• Graphic Design :
• Develop visually appealing designs for event promotions, social media campaigns, LMS content, YouTube thumbnails, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and event teams to create consistent and impactful visual assets.
• Design banners, brochures, posters, infographics, and other promotional materials for both digital and print media.
• Ensure brand consistency and enhance the visual identity across all platforms.
• Creative Direction :
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for content creation and new ways to engage audiences visually.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and video editing, incorporating modern techniques into the company’s content.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including event managers, marketers, and content creators, to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to feedback, and handle multiple projects at once.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
