What We’re Looking For
• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or event planning within a professional business environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, inspiring them to achieve their best.
• Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans.
• Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
• Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Communication Prowess: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with data analytics, project management tools, and CRM systems.
