Deltatre is on the lookout for a Product Writer with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to create great content experiences for our customers.

The business unit hiring for this role is Digital Streaming - a leading OTT and Digital products and services provider delivering best-of-breed software and components as well as comprehensive end-to-end solutions.


I'm intrigued. What would I be doing?

You will have a key role within the Product Writing team. You'll focus on developing a deep understanding of our market-leading products and services and producing content for the product knowledge bases, such as feature articles and release notes.


Can you be a bit more specific, please?

Sure. In your average day, you will:

Translate complex information into simple, engaging content that meets customer needs.
Research, plan, write, and edit new and existing documentation in collaboration with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers.
Identify and anticipate questions, problems, and needs that the content should address.
Identify audiences for content through journey mapping, analysis, and analytics.
Manage the software tools used to populate and display our knowledge bases (Zendesk).
Evaluate current documentation and content, and work towards continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to ensure documentation is comprehensive and accurate.
Attend squad agile ceremonies.
