Content Writer

Role description: (Please include a brief outline of the impact this role will have, including overview of customer industry and projects, access to cutting-edge technology etc.) Content Writer/Generator/Reviewer: The role is to review correspondence outputs / artifacts created by UCH and portal contents by Digital teams to the members and employers of the pension schemes

Key responsibilities: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition) - Review of customer correspondence through multiple channels (Portal contents, Email, Letters, Reports, Statements, Secure messages etc.) and correct the sentence to meet context, UK pensions regulatory and statutory workding and British English requirements.

- Create content suitable for the context of the correspondence or portal screens.

- Review of layouts, aesthetics, look and feel, suitability of images in portal screens and other improvements in the correspondence

Key skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)

• Content development

• Financial services industry experience

• UK specific business communication with British English skills

• Pensions industry experience with regulatory statutory content knowledge.

• web content creation for public portals and mobile user interface.

• User support video creation for portal navigation
