Our

client is a well-established chartered accountancy practice

based in Caterham, Surrey. They are seeking an

experienced Accountant to

join their team. The successful Accountant will

ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. This is a mixed tax & accounts

position, ideal for an experienced practice accountant looking to join a growing team with

exceptional exposure on offer.

Within

this position, you will be

given excellent opportunities to progress within their

knowledge and career while working with a supportive team.

You may also receive study support if relevant.
• Preparation

of statutory accounts
• Preparation of management accounts for a variety of clients
• Preparation of corporate tax and personal tax computations
• Preparation of VAT returns
• General bookkeeping using cloud software- Xero, QuickBooks, Sage etc.
• Supporting the directors with ad-hoc advisory work
• Assisting more junior members of staff

Requirements
• You

will be ACCA / ACA qualified, or qualified by experience
• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within practice.
• Experience of cloud software such as Iris, Xero, Sage or QuickBooks would be advantageous.
