Senior to Lead Security Technician

Qualifications
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Low Voltage systems from leading manufacturers like Lenel, Galaxy, Software House, Avigilon, Samsung, and more
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Technician or in a similar role within the Construction industry
Proven experience with security systems and technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, and Low Voltage systems
Proficient with security software and systems from Lenel, Galaxy, Software House, Avigilon, Samsung, or equivalent
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Must hold a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair various security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Low Voltage systems
Perform regular testing and preventative maintenance on all security systems to ensure optimal functionality
Troubleshoot and repair faults in security systems and equipment
Program and configure security systems and software according to client specifications
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues on security system operations and best practices
Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of projects
Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry trends
Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs conducted
