Interim HR Director Daily Rate: £550 - £750 Location: Kent Job Type: Interim (Temp), Full-time Reed HR has partnered with a distinguished company to appoint an experienced Interim HR Director. This role offers a competitive day rate and the unique opportunity to lead and shape the HR function during a critical period of transition and growth. Day-to-Day of the Role: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HR-related activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Lead change management initiatives, driving transformation and ensuring effective communication across the organisation. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk and advising on best practices. Manage and develop the HR team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Relevant HR qualifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD Level7). Benefits: Competitive day rate of £550 - £750.
