What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to provider inquiries for claims, authorizations, and eligibility
• Assist providers with claims investigations, status inquiries, and appeals
• Educate providers on available self-service options to enhance their experience
• Document and route inquiries accurately for efficient resolution
• Handle high call volumes with an "All Hands on Deck" approach during peak times

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment as a customer service representative
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
• Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with sufficient internet speeds

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
• Experience with healthcare insurance, especially Medicaid
• Background in billing or coding
• Experience with back-end processing in a healthcare context
