Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Build and Shared Ownership Residential Conveyancer in London, with flexibility for remote work. The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for handling legal issues related to property transactions, preparing legal documents, and providing legal consulting services.

Basic of up to £50,000. Additional bonus of up to £10k.

Qualifications
• Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation skills
• Knowledge of Law and legal issues in property transactions
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in residential conveyancing is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in Law or related field
