Job description
Twam Sundara is looking for a dynamic Jr. Fashion Designer for its manufacturing unit in Surat.

Twam Sundara is a high-end designer wear brand that specializes in Women's apparels, offering pure fabrics, intricate hand embroidery, and exceptional workmanship. As a startup in the fashion industry, we aim to create timeless pieces that blend tradition with modern aesthetics.

Job Opening:

We are looking for a Junior Fashion Designer based in Surat who is passionate about fashion, creativity, and design. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Fashion Designing and a fresh perspective to generate innovative ideas. She will not only assist in designing but also handle production, material management, quality control, and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the creation of new designs and collections for the brand.
• Manage the production process, ensuring that all pieces meet the brand’s high standards of quality.
• Oversee material sourcing and ensure efficient material management.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Coordinate and manage the dispatch of finished products.
• Collaborate with the Designer Head to bring fresh and innovative ideas to life.

Qualifications

Diploma in Fashion Designing / Equivalent

Requirement
• Candidate with a degree in Fashion Designing.
• Must be based in Surat.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the fashion industry.
• A strong sense of creativity and an ability to generate unique designs.
• Ability to handle production, material management, and quality control tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
