Accounting Manager |Remote

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
5+ years’ experience in progressively responsible accounting position(s).
Minimum of 2-3 years direct management experience required.
Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry highly preferred.
Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or similar accounting system highly preferred.
General understanding of real estate legal documents (leases, property management agreements, purchase, and sale agreements, etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Possess an in-depth understanding of accounting methods (cash, accrual, and full GAAP) and financial terms and principles.
Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach.
Display good organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

The annual base salary range for this role is $+8,640 - $147,+60, and the role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
