Senior Product Development Manager

Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan for the product line throughout its development and lifecycle.
Facilitate collaboration between Product Marketing, Sales, and Insights teams to build robust business cases supporting product innovation.
Excels in written and oral communication, demonstrates strong judgment, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
Portfolio Optimization:

Drive continuous improvement of the product portfolio through cost reductions, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
Enhance product line health, profitability, and top-line revenue.


Qualifications:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or Business degree preferred.
7+ years’ experience in Product Management, Engineering
Management, Program Management, or similar roles.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience with leading the development of a product from inception through transfer to manufacturing.
Preferred:

Previous experience in the water treatment industry or similar science-based industry
PMP certification.
Product Management experience in a retail setting
