Qualifications
Candidates must be able to work directly for the client without visa sponsorship (no contract or C2C)
Candidates MUST live in NC, SC, or Southwest VA
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or similar discipline required
5 years of experience hands-on experience in developing Workday solutions, with a focus on HRIS, Finance and Accounting, Source to Contract, and Procure to Pay solutions
5 years proven track record of successful implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including core functionalities and specialized areas like Prism Analytics and Extend
Current Extend experience is required
7 years of experience working on complex IT project(s) involving the implementation of business solutions applying software development life cycles (SDLC) within an organization
Experience working with source code control systems (e.g. GIT and SVN)
Experience working with defect or incident tracking software
Experience in using Continuous Integration and Continuous Development Tools and pipeline (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
Responsibilities

The Workday Developer will be responsible for developing HRIS, Finance and Accounting, Source to Contract and Procure to Pay solutions within the Workday ecosystem. Position will involve heavy integration and reporting. Candidates must excel in communicating with business analysts and accounting team to help problem solve.

Education and Background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or similar discipline required
• 5 years of experience hands-on experience in developing Workday solutions, with a focus on HRIS, Finance and Accounting, Source to Contract, and Procure to Pay solutions
• 5 years proven track record of successful implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including core functionalities and specialized areas like Prism Analytics and Extend
• Current Extend experience is required.
• 7 years of experience working on complex IT project(s) involving the implementation of business solutions applying software development life cycles (SDLC) within an organization
• Workday certification in one or more modules is highly desirable
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and designing data visualizations and analytic solutions is preferred
• Experience working with source code control systems (e.g. GIT and SVN)
• Experience working with defect or incident tracking software
• Experience in using Continuous Integration and Continuous Development Tools and pipeline (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
• Experience in Test automation (Unit Testing/System Testing) (e.g. Postman) is preferred
• Experience in UX/UI design experience preferred
• Experience working in or leading a team-oriented, collaborative environment preferred
