Title: QA Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extension possible)
Job Schedule: Monday - Friday Core business hours (OT: as needed)

Are you a seasoned QA analyst looking to make a significant impact in the banking industry?
We are seeking a highly experienced individual to join our Business Testing Center of Excellence and lead large-scale program testing initiatives. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through rigorous testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test Management: Lead and manage testing for complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Business Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing.
• Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and closure documents.
• Test Execution: Manage and coordinate test planning and execution activities.
• Test Case Development: Develop and validate test cases to ensure complete test coverage.
• Governance Adherence: Ensure team compliance with governance standards and protocols.
• Mentorship: Train and mentor business resources involved in testing.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Reporting: Prepare estimates, and reports, and facilitate defect triage meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience managing testing for complex projects.
• 5+ years of experience in business testing (user acceptance testing).
• 5+ years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• 5+ years of experience managing testing in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• 5+ years of experience creating or supporting test strategies, test plans, and test closure documents.
• 3+ years of experience using JIRA and JTMF (Jira Test Management Framework).
• Strong AML experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Prior experience with Bank.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Experience with system conversion and data warehouse testing.
Key Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and partnership skills.
• Ability to manage highly complex projects independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with test case development and execution.
• Knowledge of governance standards and protocols.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.
Notes:
• Working with Business partners that are not technical
• Must be able to test and elicit what needs to be tested.
