Pay Rate : $30 / hr on W2 ( Negotiables )

Duration : 6 Months

Skills :

Knowledge of applicable employment discrimination laws.

Familiar with local and national labor market trends.

Knowledge of recruiting best practices / processes.

Knowledge of and ability to use various social media / technology platforms to recruit and source candidates.

Demonstrates assessment skills to screen candidates suitability and qualifications to connect the candidate with the appropriate job opportunity.

Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, and to present information to a variety of audiences.

Demonstrates ability to influence decision making when circumstances require.

Ability to establish credibility, and to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of roles duties.

Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and promotes an inclusive work environment.

Organization and planning skills to effectively manage and / or re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.

Displays a customer service focus in all decisions and actions.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
