Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit engaging content for our social media channels, blog, and website.
Social Media Management: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our online community.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Voice: Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in graphic design.
