Warehouse Administrator

Job description
Zoom are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our fast paced parcel logistics client based in Mitcham, Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity with a UK wide network with room to grow and progress to a permanent role.

Day to Day Duties
• Recruitment Compliance chasing missing documents and ensuring they are uploaded
• Damage & Customer claims & investigations
• Entering contractor, internal and agency hours on the WHS system for payroll
• WHS and Driver Data Entry / Reporting Figures
• Driver & Customer interaction
• Reporting volumes and costings into management

Essential Skills
• Intermediate excel and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills you will be liaising with both contractors and management
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and be highly organised
• Enthusiasm & eager to learn
• Reliable & Self Motivated
• Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
• Team Player

Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week some flex on hours, Saturday overtime

Pay £11.44 per hr Weekly Pay
