Night Warehouse Packing Operatives
Exeter Airport
Temporary to Perm
gap personnel Exeter are recruiting for 4 Night Warehouse Packing Operatives on a temp to perm basis for a leading foodservice company based near Exeter Airport.
As a Night Warehouse Packing Operative you will join a team that provide fresh, frozen, ambient, chilled and non-food goods throughout the South West, to schools, hotels, restaurants and more. The Night Warehouse Packer is a key role for the business as you will ensure that all orders coming through after 5pm are processed, picked and ready for morning despatch with the courier teams.
The role of a Night Warehouse Packing Operative is varied with duties including:
• Processing orders from telephone and emails
• Generating customer invoices
• Reporting any damaged / defective products
• Working to packing deadlines
• Palletizing of products
• Stock replenishment
Working Hours
• Sunday to Friday, 10pm – 6am
Essential For The Role
• Be able to work as a team or individually
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to get to site for the working hours
• Able to work at pace and provide excellent levels of customer service
Successful candidates we be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
