Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Ability to research and document employment issues and legal claims
Ability to lead and conduct investigations related to employment issues, either on the phone or in person

Working closely with regional managers offering full cycle recruitment and onboarding for corporate and other non-hourly roles from job posting to offer
Serve as point of contact for employee questions and concerns proactively addressing employee issues and resolving conflict
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers regarding performance management best practices including identifying training needs and organizing learning opportunities
Coordinate and conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, and diversity training
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Maintain employee records and HR documentation

What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with a highly established healthcare management organization serving over 80 locations in 24 states with approximately 3,000 employees. They are a dynamic and dedicated team based out of Vancouver, WA. As an HR Generalist you will initially focus on supporting their talent acquisition team then transition to more of a focus on employee relations and other human resources functions and activities.

A day in the life:
