Warehouse Operative

Job description
We have a brand-new position available for a Warehouse Operative to join an already successful team based near Horncastle. Our client is an expert in their field and can offer fantastic career progression, training opportunities and long-term secure employment. Working in the workshop you will be required to make a wide range of bespoke wooden children’s furniture from instructions provided by your manager.

What will I be expected to do?
• Work within goods in and out department.
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles (materials and finished products), checking stock.
• Assembly of products
• Be versatile, and willing to learn new skills.
• Carry out other warehouse/production duties as and when required.

What skills do I need?
• Previous experience in a warehouse or physically active role.
• Proven ability to work using own initiative.
• The ability to communicate well with other team members and management.
• Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping.
• Due to the location of site, you must have your own form of transport.

What hours will I be working?
The hours are for this role are Monday to Friday from 7:00am until 15:30pm.

How much will I be paid?
You will be paid £11.44 per hour.
