Job Role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing standards and delivery of service \xe2\x80\xa2 Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively \xe2\x80\xa2 Sale of MF and Insurance products \xe2\x80\xa2 Fee Income \xe2\x80\xa2 Branch Administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Regulatory Compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic) \xe2\x80\xa2 Thinker: Doer \xe2\x80\x+3 40:60 \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer \xe2\x80\x+cDELIGHT\xe2\x80\x+d \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
