Job Summary

Drives Salvation Army along scheduled route to pick-up donations and/or deliver merchandise to customers; operates the truck in compliance with established Salvation Army standards and state driving regulations; lifts, carries, loads and unloads variety of donation including furniture, appliances, clothing, etc. ; ensures the safety, security, and accountability of the vehicle and donations at all times; Store Helper: Sorting responsibilities; receives, sorts, prices and prepares donated items for display in the store; determines suitability and pricing of items based on established standards; assists in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse area. Cleans and maintains the stores and storage facilities.
