Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Generalist / Lead

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Experience: 2-5 Years (Core HR)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in core HR activities and a strong understanding of HR processes. Experience with HRMS tools is highly advantageous. We are looking for someone who can join immediately and contribute to our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Core HR Activities (Generalist):
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
• Handle employee grievances, provide guidance on company policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and managing job postings on various platforms.
• Pro-active recruitment forecasting and build a pipeline of candidates based on project requirements

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Conduct onboarding sessions, introduce new employees to company culture and policies, and ensure a smooth integration.
• Handle the exit process, including exit interviews and documentation.

HRMS Tool Management (Preferred):
• Utilize HRMS tools for employee data management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRMS tools to streamline HR processes.

Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implementing feedback.

Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to management as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years in core HR activities (generalist) is mandatory
• Proven experience in recruiting candidates within the project timeline
• Experience with HRMS tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
