About the role, Keynotes:
• Profile – Online Accounting Manager
• Role – Full-time
• Location – Remote - Work from home
• Work hours – Mon to Fri, 6:30 pm to 3:30 am or +:30 pm to 6:30 am IST
• Salary - Hike as per industry standards (max salary INR 76.5k per month)

Essential functions/Responsibilities:
• Provision of day-to-day accounting services –Including, but not limited to, cash receipts, cash disbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, Inventory management, and other related functions.
• Maintenance of Financial records – Posting Journal entries, maintenance of general ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss account, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Account reconciliations– Reconcile Bank statements, credit card statements, vendor accounts, and other related statements/accounts.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures – Ensure expenditures and reimbursements are in compliance with the company’s financial policy and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties – Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the stakeholders. Maintain and improve client relationships and assuring that high-quality services continue to be provided.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or Qualified, semi-qualified CA, Semi Qualified CPA
• Minimum 1-2 years of Corporate full-time work experience in bookkeeping and accounting as per US GAAP or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Working knowledge of basic shortcuts and advanced formulas
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior QuickBooks OR Sage Intacct experience

Logistical Requirements:
• Laptop with 8GB ram(windows) or 3GB ram(mac), Minimum I3 8th gen processor @ 2.4Ghz, minimum 256MB internal GPU
• Good camera and Headset
• Quiet and a well-lit workspace
• A fast and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
• Smartphone with email capabilities

Job Summary:

Eleven Ace is seeking passionate and dedicated part-time Online English Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English, a degree in English, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students, helping them improve their grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and speaking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons online for students across various grades (Primary to A-Levels).
• Create lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
• Provide timely feedback, grade assignments, and track student progress.
• Use online tools and platforms to create interactive and personalized learning experiences.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents (where applicable) regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
• Assist students in preparing for school exams and developing core language skills.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on educational best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching English, preferably online.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and educational tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Details:
• Hours: Flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 10 hours per week. Evening and weekend sessions may be required based on student availability.
