Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fashion Designer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience in fashion design, particularly in handling kurtis and Indo-western garments. This is a full-time position that requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a deep understanding of fabric sourcing.

Qualifications And Skills
• Fashion Design (Mandatory skill)
• Handled Kurtis & Indo western (Mandatory skill)
• Fabric sourcing (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge of textiles, including fabric types and uses
• Expertise in color theory and its application in garment design
• Proficiency in garment construction techniques
• Ability to forecast trends and incorporate them into designs
• Formal education in fashion design, preferably a diploma in Fashion Designing
• Merchandiser in Ladies Ethnic Wear, Ethnic Dress, Suits, Kurtis, lehenga, Gown
• Creating designs for women ethnic brand relate to latest fashion technique and the design concept.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Designing and creating new styles for women's ethnic wear, including kurtis and Indo-western garments
• Overseeing the fabric sourcing process to ensure high quality and suitability for designs
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately
• Researching and analyzing current fashion trends to produce seasonally relevant designs
• Presenting design concepts and sketches to the management team for approval
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Ensuring consistency in design through adherence to the company's brand guidelines
• Continuously exploring new design techniques and technologies to innovate.
