Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Part-time, 17 hours per week)
Ref: SC4731
Salary on appointment will be £21,565 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £22,214 per annum (pro rata).
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the UEA Guest Accommodation team which is part of the UEA Accommodation Office/Sports and Commercial Services Division.
Key duties of the role include providing a friendly and efficient reception service to Broadview Hotel guests and to assist the Broadview Hotel management team in the smooth running of the facilities.
You will have strong customer service skills to join the team responsible for the management of the University’s guest and visitor accommodation in Broadview Hotel. Our reception team are the first point of contact for enquiries and provide a first-class, efficient, customer-focussed service to our guests coming to us for short to medium term accommodation.
This part-time (17 hours per week, 0.46+ FTE) post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
