Title: Junior Accounts Executive

We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Junior Accounts Executive within our Accounts Department at CALI-LABS PVT LTD. We encourage you to recommend suitable candidates for this role. Below are the primary responsibilities and requirements for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile accounts payable to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices.
• Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring they are accurately recorded.
• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle contractors' bills (RA Bills - Running Accounts Bill), ensuring they are correctly processed.
• Collect contractors' bills along with work orders from all vendors.
• Coordinate with billing teams and departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary approvals.
• Maintain a detailed tracker for all contractors' bills to ensure proper record-keeping.
• Follow up on advance recoveries from parties to maintain accurate accounts.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
