Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Site Supervisor with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications And Skills
• Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to supervise and manage construction sites effectively.
• Competence in quality control procedures and safety management.
• Excellent budget management and cost-control skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate site teams efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain construction standards and ensure compliance.
• Manage site safety procedures and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Control and manage the project budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Supervise and lead site teams, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed effectively.
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and clients, highlighting any issues or delays.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
