Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Perform errands outside the office such as banking, delivering documents, and other necessary tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office premises.
• Serve refreshments to staff and guests as required.
• Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging equipment when necessary.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks as directed by office managers or supervisors.
Skills and Qualifications:
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that require moving and lifting.
