Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at Venky Residency in Kakinada. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Responsibilities include staff supervision, budget management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Salary 25K to 30K
• Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning management role in Hotel Sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning rooms, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a focus on lenins and room cleaning.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
• Diploma or degree in Hotel management
• Coordinate with other departments, especially the Fnb and Front Office for seamless service and Room Vacancy And Check in, Check Out update.
• Engage with customers to identify corporates and long staying customers gather feedback, and other hotel services specially rooms.
