What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Conduct fit-for-purpose analysis related to clinical trial feasibility, including study design and benchmarking
• Generate machine learning-informed site lists and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate as an analytics consultant with cross-functional teams to strategize on analytics applications
• Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their analytical skills
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practices, and Hiring Company Standard Operating Procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of analytics-related experience in clinical research
• Advanced domain knowledge in clinical trial feasibility and real-world data sources
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, or other statistical packages
• Effective communication skills to convey complex analytical concepts clearly

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, or equivalent
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
• History of successful execution while managing multiple priorities effectively
