Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Executive Assistant for USA Process at Citadel Coworkers. The Legal Executive Assistant will be responsible for legal document preparation, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and assisting with conveyancing tasks daily.

Key Responsibilities :
• Provide comprehensive support to senior and junior attorneys specializing in estate planning and asset protection.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including wills, trusts, and related estate planning materials.
• Ensure all documents are meticulously accurate and adhere to legal standards.
• Maintain effective communication with attorneys, clients, and team members.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Organize and manage legal files and records systematically.

Required Qualifications :
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Legal Executive Assistant or in a similar legal support role.
• Proven experience in legal documentation, particularly in estate planning and asset protection.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software tools.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours (+ a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday).

Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working with U.S.-based attorneys, particularly in estate planning and asset protection.
• Familiarity with U.S. legal terminology and procedures.
