Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
Assist customers with VFD operation and best practices through training and support.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
Document all interactions and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of VFD technology and applications.
Required Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Proficiency with VFD programming and configuration.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
