Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Ecommerce, you will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the global ecommerce channel. Your primary responsibility is to lead and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at driving online growth, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue. This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative Ecommerce team, offering a chance to further develop your digital marketing expertise across our brands.

This role provides a unique chance to contribute to meaningful growth initiatives while gaining exposure to cutting-edge eCommerce strategies and practices. You will have the opportunity to work with a successful and well-established brand in our Head Office.
Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on eCommerce growth.

• Strong expertise in email marketing, social media, and analytics.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimize campaigns.

• Strong understanding of customer behaviour and eCommerce platforms.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Track record of driving online revenue and meeting KPIs.

• Work experience in a similar role.

• Marketing background.
Typical Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• Analyse traffic and conversion data to inform strategies and adjust in real-time.

• Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to optimize customer journeys and increase conversions.

• Monitor performance ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and opportunities to leverage new tools or platforms.

• Provide insights and reporting on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
Additional Information

Location: Glasgow, office based

Contract: 12-month fixed term contract

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
