Role Description
This is a part-time, 5-15 hours/week, on-site sales & education freelance role supporting Ulta and Sephora locations in and around San Jose, CA. As a Sales Freelancer, your day-to-day tasks will involve communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, acheiving sales SPH goals, and participating in training sessions. You will also be responsible for sales management and driving business growth.
Qualifications
• This is primarily for Fri-Sun so weekend availability is a must at flexible hours
• Achieve a $125 SPH
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in sales and the ability to meet sales targets
• Knowledge of dermatology or skincare is beneficial
Pay: $28-$30/hr
• Based on first half 2026 prestige skincare sales data, not including professional brands
