Job Description

Hiring process: Phone Interview
Onboarding process: Paperwork + BGC
• Must have high speed internet

(a) Scope of work
Intake, Triage, process, and review A&G cases based on client's policies and procedures
Grievance cases to be worked supporting Commercial, Individual family Plan and Commercial group lines of businesses
Staffing capacity to manage volumes of cases to support influx and changes and support production capacity and quality standards
Support all cases in English
Provide ramp up timelines towards meeting client goals and baseline existing standards
Learn and manage process training for attrition resources post client training and support
Perform Quality audits on cases and calibrate with client on quality requirements
Supplier to manage and supervise all personnel
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and productivity dashboard/report
Make calls to members and provider if required and part of the standard operating process to update on case or obtain information
