Job Description

We are seeking an experienced designer who is familiar with complex gas design projects. The ideal candidate will be competent in design software and have familiarity with gas main installation or relocation projects. Responsibilities will include working directly with the design team to assist with daily project administration, plan and profile design packages for gas projects, learning basic concepts of the Exelon system and implementing drafting concepts, applying drawings in accordance with Exelon standards for design packages, and submitting drafting/design plans within scheduled windows.

Hard Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation
• Experience in drafting/designing gas main projects

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Sparks, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position offers a majority remote/in-office setup. Individuals will initially start off working 5 days a week, with the ability to earn hybrid flexibility.
