Housekeeping Supervisor role:

·Inspecting rooms and suites that have been cleaned by Room Attendants.

·Supervise and support a team of Room Attendants to ensure they perform their roles to the highest standards.

·Report maintenance issues in the correct and timely manner.

·Work close with Front Office on room allocation and readiness for guest arrivals.

Housekeeping Supervisor requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

·Previous experience as a Supervisor in a Housekeeping Department.

·Excellent communication skills.

·A keen eye for details and cleanliness.

·Able to perform under pressure.

·Willing to jump in and help the team in times of busy operations.
