Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Universal Banker at Crossroads Bank in Effingham, IL. The Universal Banker is responsible for handling deposits, providing customer service, managing cash transactions, processing loans, and maintaining clear communication with customers.

• Deposits, Cash Handling, and Loans handling skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution is a plus
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
