Are you a passionate educator with a passion for inspiring young learners? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Year 2 Class Teacher to become part of our team. (ECT's welcome to apply!)

Position: Year 2 Class Teacher
Location: Romford
Salary: £125 - £240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800), depending on experience and qualifications!
Contract Type: Full-time (part time available)

Start date: January (or earlier if available)

Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Delivery: As a Year 2 Class Teacher you will plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students.
• Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately.
• Classroom Management: As a Year 2 Class Teacher you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to achieve their best.
• Assessment and Feedback: Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.
• Collaborative Planning: As a Year 2 Class Teacher you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Parental Engagement: Establish open and effective communication channels with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and opportunities for parental involvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1.
• Thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for delivering high-quality education.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive school culture.
