We are an events & production company specializing in lighting, sound and rigging in the exhibition and entertainment industry. Our clients are mainly large corporate companies.

Our office and warehouse are based in Horsmonden, Kent.

We are looking for the right person to join our ever growing and active team that can adapt to the challenges in our industry. This is mainly in office position with the option to do some work at home.

Job Title- Bookkeeper, preferably freelance

Hours- Around 4 hours a week dependent on work load. Office based once a week or every other week. (Preferably a Friday but can vary if needed)

Job Role to include:

Both sales and purchase ledger

PAYE monthly and quarterly VAT

Actively chasing debtors and dealing with our clients accounts departments

Deal directly with our accountant regarding end of years and VAT cash accounting

Data entry & filing and management accounts

Future work to include assisting project managers with a prospect to advance

Requirements:

2+ Years experience

Driving license or own transport (no public transport nearby)

Must be savvy with Quickbooks and have an understanding management accounts (we will not be changing from Quickbooks)

Be able to work independently on occasions as Directors can often be out on site
