Internal Sales Executive wanted in Greater Manchester!

KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fast-growing manufacturer to assist them in finding an Internal Sales Executive.

Full time permanent position Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 17:00pm & Fridays 08:00am -15:00pm, paying £30,000 plus £5,000 bonus.
• Ideal candidate:
• Will be someone who has worked in a similar position ie with both trade and retail customers
• Will be bubbly, proactive and work well in a team as well as on there own
• Has fantastic customer service, to maximise sales and margin
• Will have the ability to use a CRM system
• Will Serve customers politely and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Will have the ability to provide customers with advice and guidance on the selection and use of products and support colleagues in your areas of expertise
• Be able to maximise sales & identify products
• Can control stock management, deal with queries and complaints quickly and effectively
