Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Enterprise Architect for Agile team.

Öhdəliklər
• Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture roadmap that aligns with the business goals and objectives;
• Defining and implementing enterprise-wide technology standards and guidelines;
• Assessing and managing technology risks to ensure the security and stability of systems;
• Working with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and developing solutions to meet those needs;
• Collaborating with technology teams to ensure the architecture is implemented and integrated effectively;
• Evaluating new and emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on the organization;
• Communicating the enterprise architecture vision, goals, and plans to key stakeholders;
• Ensuring that the enterprise architecture supports the long-term goals and objectives of the organization;
• Providing leadership and direction to technology teams;
• Staying current with new technology developments and trends.

Tələblər
• Higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field;
• 5+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture or related position in Fintech/Banking domain;
• Strategic planning and vision determination ability;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership qualities, good communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
