We at Unbox Robotics are revolutionizing warehouses and distribution centers by building the world's most compact, powerful, and flexible mobile robotics systems for the new age of warehousing. Our product is the World's 1st of its kind AI-powered parcel sorting robotic system that gets installed 10X faster, saves 50+% space and improves productivity by more than 3X with 50% fewer robots than that of the competition. Roles & Responsibilities:
• End-to-end ownership of Robot production/assembly & Quality Assurance function
• Responsible for daily assembly plant operations to ensure all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery timelines
• Ensuring conformance of manufactured products to Quality and Design specifications
• Manage workflow of robot assembly, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with a cross functional team to ensure seamless production.
• Develop MIS dashboards and monitor all operational KPIs for production and quality assurance functions
• Design & develop standard operating procedures for production & quality assurance
Requirements:
• Strong command over management of plant operations & quality assurance functions
• Job requires extensive cross-functional collaboration
• Structured & analytical thinking
• Good knowledge of industrial engineering, electro-mechanical assembly operations & quality control
• Good understanding of electronic components & EMS
Good to Have:
• Knowledge about Robotic and warehouse industry.
• Black belt in six sigma
Eligible Candidates:
• Desired Qualification: B Tech - Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
• Work Experience: 5-10 Years
