Business Systems Analyst (Remote)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Agile experience for a Remote opportunity. Candidate must have Medicare or Medicare Provider Enrollment experience.

Required Qualifications of the Business Systems Analyst:
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Bachelor's or Associate s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related field is Highly Desired
• 8 years of IT Business Analysis experience
• Must have experience in an Agile environment
• Must have Medicare experience
• Transactional Data experience
• Jira/Confluence experience
• Agile Product Owner experience a plus

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:
• Engaging in active management of the product lifecycle to support the development team, ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey intricate technical and business concepts and requirements
• Documenting business requirements, developing user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
• Elicit and document user requirements to meet a business objective
• Identify and validate requirements and organize the information into a logical document that is understood by the customer and Information Systems
• Guide both technical and customer departments in the development of the systems that support the business solution

Work Location: 100% Remote
